The Public Adjuster (PA) is a result-oriented self-starter with a positive attitude, with excellent communication, problem solving and strong advocacy skills. The PA is a professional claims handler who advocates for the policyholder in appraising and negotiating a claimant’s insurance claim throughout the claim process. The PA works well in a rapid paced environment, models behaviors that reflect APA’s core values and reports to a Claims Director.

Estimator team members are results-oriented self-starters with a positive attitude. They possess excellent verbal and visual communication and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to multi-task. They are an integral part of the APA claim handling process, and as such, need to be able to handle a rapid paced environment, and model behaviors that reflect APA’s core values.
