Armen Ghazarian is the Chief Growth Officer at Allied Public Adjusters, where he leads marketing, sales, and software development. He earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from California State University, Fullerton.

At Allied, Armen has played a pivotal role in transforming the company’s growth trajectory. He built a performance-based sales team from the ground up, engineered digital marketing strategies that brought in thousands of clients, and developed proprietary software systems that leverage decades of claims data to enhance decision-making and optimize operations. His work has expanded the firm’s capacity and modernized its infrastructure, allowing public adjusters to focus more directly on serving clients.

Armen’s leadership is rooted in operational excellence and a deep commitment to service. He has scaled Allied’s empathy-first approach by integrating it into both team structure and technology. Outside of his professional work, he volunteers with the Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation, which provides shelter and support to women and children affected by abuse and neglect.
