Vice President of Operations
Kevin launched his insurance career in 2002, shortly after earning a Bachelor’s degree with a double major in Psychology and Criminology and a double minor in Global Studies and Writing. He began handling auto property damage claims and quickly expanded into injury claims, fire and theft investigations, and major catastrophe support ,including a six-week assignment in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.
Over the years, Kevin has managed a wide range of claims, including personal auto, commercial, agribusiness, and professional liability. He also served as a field investigator in Special Investigations (SIU), which led to leadership roles beginning in 2010. His experience spans both carrier and plaintiff firm environments, including time as Chief Claims Officer for a Midwest-based mutual insurance company.
Currently the Vice President of Operations at Allied Public Adjusters, Kevin brings deep operational knowledge and a broad industry perspective. He has led training development, risk and compliance initiatives, and regularly speaks at industry events. He holds the Associate in Claims (AIC) and Senior Claim Law Associate (SCLA) designations.
Outside of work, Kevin is a dedicated father to two teenage daughters. He enjoys staying active, learning, and attending sporting events.
